I’m not a stranger to migraine.

My name is Dylan Wells, and I’m the founder of MoveWells.

Well before I became a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I suffered from chronic migraine myself, trying nearly every approach I could find with the hope that something would eventually bring me peace.

My life molded itself around my migraine issues. My days and nights were often spent anticipating another attack or struggling to find my way through one. I tried one medication after another, and even with all of the “advice” that was available, I still felt isolated, despite my incredibly supportive family and decent science education background.

After much trial & error and dedication to understanding the science behind recovery, I developed a systematic way of thinking about migraine and how to treat it that shifted my uphill battle into one that was more manageable. There is no secret sauce or silver bullet, just a very thorough understanding of how migraines actually work and how to implement the changes that sustainably lead to more migraine free days.

This extensive research laid the foundation for the 7 Pillars of Migraine Renaissance, the backbone behind my coaching process, and now I share it with people like you so my decade of research and practice can help the world wide migraine community.
