I've Been There Too

Dr. Dylan Wells, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

I’m Dylan Wells, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. I also used to suffer from debilitating, chronic migraines that held me back and kept me in constant fear of the next attack. I struggled for years with little help from our struggling medical system. I tried several medications. I tried asking questions. I even tried a few fad diets along the way. My family tried to help, but it just left everyone frustrated and confused.

Luckily, I started piecing together a system that started to get my symptoms under control after years of trial and error. This is part of what lead me to seek out all the education, subsequent training, and eventually create this program to help others like me who are struggling through this complex neurological condition.

Now I help people struggling with migraines just like you who are sick of feeling unhealthy, limited by frequent debilitating pain, and missing out on things they love. I help connect you with the most effective strategies you can use for your specific needs and goals so that you can evolve to feeling in control, pain free, energized, and most importantly healthy.
